Dr. Jean Bichara

Dr. Jean Bichara is a board-certified periodontist with over 20 years of clinical experience. At Smile Dental Care in Plainsboro, NJ, he specializes in advanced periodontal treatment, dental implants, and full mouth rehabilitation, including complex cases involving bone loss and restorative reconstruction.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 1992 and completed a Master of Science in Oral Biology at the University of Louisville in 1997, along with specialty training in periodontics and implant placement. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Bichara is known for his precise, patient-focused approach to care, helping patients restore both function and confidence in their smiles through customized treatment plans.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, outdoor walks, and playing tennis.
